The in-school NCDCC Day Observance Parade will be held this coming Tuesday, 16 April. All cadets will be involved in the observance parade. There will be CCA as per normal on Tuesday as well.

Parade Reporting

• 0700 at the Den

Parade Attire

• Sec 1: Full No.4 (Full-U)
• Sec 2: Full No.4 (Full-U) w/ Badges
• Sec 3: Full No.4 (Full-U) w/ Badges
• Sec 4: Full No.4 (Full-U) w/ Badges and Lanyard

Uniform Guidelines

• Beret must be seasoned well and crest should be present and correctly positioned

• Uniform must be starched and ironed, especially the fly front and pocket flaps
• All buttons are buttoned, except the topmost button
• Collar must be starched, ironed and stiff and able to stand on its own
• Epaulette of correct rank must be present and correctly oriented
• Sleeves must be of appropriate length (3-4 finger spacing between epaulette and sleeve cuff)
• Nametag must be present, placed and aligned properly; velcro should not be visible and nametag must be parallel to pocket flap.
• Badges must be in the correct positions and aligned; badges must not overlap each other, the pocket or the nametag.

• Pants must be starched and ironed and crease must be visible
• Pants' pocket flaps must be starched down
• Belt must be present, appropriately sized and correctly oriented; crest on buckle should be right side up and belt clips should be pushed as close to buckle as possible
• Garters must be used; pant excess should be tucked into garters such that there is minimal overhang over the boots
• Bootlaces must be tucked into garters. Please ensure that they will not drop out during the parade!
• Black socks to be worn that should be cover at least above the garters. Skin should not be visible.
• Pants should be worn such that it is comfortable and easy to raise legs to 90 degrees. If not, pull your pants up and tighten your belt.

• Boots must be polished and shiny

• Watches are not to be worn.
• Hair should be neat & fringe must not be visible under the beret.
• For girls, hair net must be worn.

CCA Attire

• Sec 1: Half No.4 (Half-U) w/ blue tshirt
• Sec 2: Half No.4 (Half-U) w/ blue tshirt
• Sec 3: Half No.4 (Half-U) w/ blue tshirt
• Sec 4: Half No.4 (Half-U) w/ blue tshirt
