Note for all: Uniform to be well ironed and starched. Beret seasoned. Boots polished etc before next training.
Sec1s: Please be prepared to do your Bronze Total Defence assessment for next training. Instructions will be given below.
Sec2s: Please learn your commands and execution before next training. Instructions given below, please make sure all of you revise as well.
Bronze Total Defence Assessment for Sec1s:
All of you are required to present ONE item individually. Yes, its an individual presentation and more like a show and tell. Item has to be related to Total Defence. Click HERE to know what Total Defence is all about but you all should know by now. Possible items include: Our National Flower; First Aid Kid; A dollar note; Exams scripts.

Try not to take more than 10mins if possible. Once again, it's an PRESENTATION assessment. Please be prepared on Tuesday.
