Congratulations

We would like to congratulate CPL Alex, Conant, Irfan and Zhi Shen for passing out as SNCO on 19 March 2010. They have attended the SNCO course organised by NCDCC HQ from 15-19 March 2010. We would also like to congratulate CPL Irfan for winning the Best In Theory Award. It was not an easy achievement as they were over 120 cadets involved. Once again, congratulations to our SNCOs.
