Hey guys, Raj here. I have completed my SNCO course and am now back. i know what many of you guys must be thinking... more shouting, tekaning and hatred for me nxt term now i hv passed my course.... well guess what you guys are in for a big surprise-------- you'll see nxt term for urselves...
I hv learnt SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much from this course that i don;t know where to begin.
well first of all i hv learnt what a real leader does and how i am to groom u guys. and trust me i will. The method is very simple, mutal respect, understanding and cooperation bet. each other.
we got of on the wrong foot let me now start over againthis time as an SNCO who is well trained ( if i may say so) in leadership thanks to the 7th SNCO course.
make no mistake that there will be half rights (pumping) issued if you do a mistake CONTINUOSLY--- more than 3 times.
Discipline in the squad is very inportant and the discipline standars will be raised.
During traing time i and brice are yr instructors, ----- strict, sometimes very
aft training we are yr friends.
You can call me to address yr problems in ncdcc and post yr suggestions andd feedback here at the blog. i will try to the best of my abilities to make amends and improvements.
More importantly you guys may be split into 2 squads next term..... (names still under consideration)
we want to create a sense of bonding bet. the unit and we want u guys to feel that you are coming to a family which is very disciplined during training hours and friendly and enjoyable to be after cca. We will set some ground rules first before we carry out punishments.
work with me guys and we will go far as the sky.
